3 tips to crush your goals and dreams. How to conquer burnout and find joy as a busy woman or mom!

Are you one for New years resolutions? Do you set small goals or big goals or both? Do you complete your resolutions and goals for the year? If you are like me, I like new starts and love the adrenaline that you get with that, but I hate the burnt out and hate being a "quitter." I am a huge competitor so I always hated the feeling of not completing a new years goal. Well, once I started to train my mind to think and see them differently, I was able to relax and take that stress off and have fun with them!

Have you ever felt guilty for not spending a certain amount of time with the Lord? I think it’s safe to say we have all been there. We’ve all been in that season where you can hardly hold your eyes open from staying up with a newborn baby or a sick kid. We’ve all pulled all nighter studying for a test. We’ve all just been exhausted from working so hard trying to make ends meet. We’ve all hit the pillow after a long day and just thought is this it Lord? Is this all you have for me?
